In 2001, ESI assumed managerial control of Driving Instructors and Logistics staffing at the BMW Performance Center in South Carolina, the single best place where BMW customers take their driving skills to new heights.

The campus is a $12.5 million state-of-the art facility that boasts a skid pad, slalom course, water walls, professional driving instructors and, of course, a fleet of new BMWs. In our first year managing the facility, we changed the curriculum and course offerings to make better use of the vehicles and staff.

This and other moves transformed the Performance Center into a streamlined multi-service facility for BMW. The Performance Center has achieved record attendance numbers and the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Since that first year, ESI has continued to launch innovative ideas, including expanding corporate program offerings, expanding the M School projects, benchmarking the industry for comparison, updating website content and taking the school on the road.
