Event design means designing an environment that accurately reflects your brand. It also means going to great lengths to create a compelling environment that invites people to see, feel, touch and experience your brand.

We consider big things, like the overall size and color of the environment, wood or carpet flooring, cloth or leather couches, glass- or wood-paneled walls and placement of graphic walls. We also think about small things, like the type of flowers on the table, staff uniforms and the placement of rain gutters.

ESI’s event design capability encompasses all of this plus creating press credentials, parking passes, invitations, media kits, directional signage, uniforms, trinkets, trailer wraps and registration websites.

Look and feel is more than what a guest sees during an event. It’s everything that reflects your brand. No design detail is too minor, from the size and shape of a shelter hosting thousands of people to the font used on the invitation.
