our work > Ford Experience Tour
To reach out to and connect with potential customers, ESI created the Ford Experience Tour, a mobile marketing program that could be reconfigured for every event and space constraint. The custom-built mobile environment traveled with a team of eight: two product specialists, two photographers, one audio/visual specialist, one NASCAR simulator instructor, one promotional area manager and one floater for detailing vehicles and regular site cleanup.
During a compressed 10-week time frame, ESI staff supervised the fabrication of a custom-built trailer with a luxury lounge, bathroom, 12-foot video wall, exterior sound system, computer system to run all the audio/visuals, and a custom oval awning attached to the trailer. There was also a stand-alone NASCAR driving simulator video game that was a huge hit with both adults and kids, especially at NASCAR events.
The Ford Experience Tour traveled to auto races, golf events, rodeos, monster jams and a host of other Ford-sponsored events. A second ESI-managed tractor/trailer launched in the second year of the program. Combined, the Ford Experience Tour traveled to more than 30 cities and reached an audience of more than 16 million. |
