From a backyard BBQ to a 5-star dining experience with international cuisine, ESI can design a memorable environment to house any hospitality event. Some structures consist of off-the-shelf tents that protect people from the wind and weather. Others get a custom-designed mega-structure with red carpet, chandeliers, wood flooring and taffeta-lined ceilings. No matter how fancy or informal the event, ESI has a solution. Many more details go into the design behind the scenes. Rain gutters drain away from where people will be standing. Audio and visual equipment, including large plasma displays showing a company message, add to the ambiance. Generators are hidden so they don’t create unwanted noise. Chairs and tables are selected, as well as the table dressing and what type of flower is best. A modern, contemporary event may get black leather furniture; something on a country club golf course may get large, soft comfortable arm chairs. And then there’s the food. We supply mobile kitchens, grills, smokers, heating stations, refrigerators, freezers and anything else that might be required to feed a large group of people.
