hospitality management:
environmental design | vip treatment | one way to say "thank you"

Reasons companies hold hospitality events are as varied as the ways to design them. Sometimes, you want to say a special thank you to a group of people – customers, employees, the general public – after a product launch. Other times, hospitality means a presence at a sporting event sponsored by your company. Or, at a large festival or party with thousands of people, you want a place where people can come to relax, have something to eat or drink, and recharge. ESI has managed all three and everything in between.

A snapshot of our work: During a year-long race series, a car company wanted an upscale, mobile structure at race tracks across the country where guests could come in and relax during a long race. During the annual Woodward Dream Cruise in Detroit, one automotive supplier connects with clients with an annual appreciation event located right on the main drag. There’s music, food and a front-row seat to the action.

Behind both of these occasions is the underlying goal of connecting with consumers and getting your brand on their minds. Give guests a special feeling that they could only get from you and your company, make your brand stand out from a sea of sameness in the crowd, and make every guest connect your brand with a great, memorable experience when they go home.
