When a person attends a hospitality event, they should feel special from the moment they get the invitation to the moment they leave.

For instance: When guests fly in for an event, ESI’s airport meet and greet staff is well versed in double checking – and then checking again – flight schedules and times to make sure no one is overlooked. Once being welcomed and greeted at the airport, ESI shuttles and escorts guests to a dedicated concierge at the hotel who will ensure that check-in is as smooth and efficient as possible.

The occasion doesn’t have to be a four-star event to give someone the VIP treatment. Even at a small event at a car dealership, ESI staff goes to great lengths to reach out to people, smile, make eye contact, listen to any and all needs the guest may have, and respond quickly and professionally to satisfy that need.
