ESI manages the media fleet for Mercedes-Benz in the United States. We manage every facet of the process, beginning with delivery of new vehicles from the factory. When a new vehicle arrives, our Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) process includes a string of quality measures: We review shipping documents to confirm vehicles are damage-free. We inspect vehicles from tire to sunroof and headlight to taillight. All vehicles receive a thorough roadtest. Communication and emergency systems are activated and tested.
We also provide routine maintenance and service, and we schedule major service at local area dealerships. A fleet of specialized equipment transports vehicles around the country. A boon to scheduling vehicle loans in the industry, ESI created a website that lets Mercedes-Benz PR personnel view published stories generated from ESI loans, access the database of vehicles, retrieve scheduling information, schedule vehicle loans and send messages to ESI staff.
