real-time reporting ESI stores data on servers that boast mobile Internet access. This gives us the ability to provide data feeds to the client in real-time as an event unfolds. If clients need data pushed from our system to theirs or vice versa, this can be done hourly, daily or as often as required.

The system’s effectiveness has been proven repeatedly, including during a four-month multicity tour that included 450 events. Over the course of the tour, ESI’s on-site event data acquisition system pulled import files in and pushed export files out every day. We received real-time, pre-registration information from our client in the morning and returned the post-registration data to them in the evening. This let the client know exactly how many people attended each event, and provided accurate market data for each, hours after each one ended.
